Responsibilities

- Optimize deep learning models for deployment on edge computing devices and neuromorphic hardware.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 AI evolution strategy, aligning with business goals.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Ensure ethical AI compliance, data privacy standards, and bias mitigation protocols across all models.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and quantum physicists to bridge the gap between theory and application.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Neural Engineering, Computational Neuroscience, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and complex system architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Proven experience with Neural Interface technologies (e.g., BCI, Brain-Computer Interfaces) or advanced sensor fusion.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, technical leadership capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) research or cognitive simulation frameworks is highly preferred.
