Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures for large-scale deployment.
- Model Optimization: Reduce inference latency and optimize model accuracy for real-time applications.
- MLOps Leadership: Establish and manage end-to-end MLOps pipelines to streamline model training, validation, and deployment.
- Ethical AI Governance: Ensure all AI models adhere to ethical guidelines, bias mitigation strategies, and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of the AI landscape, exploring emerging paradigms such as Agentic AI and Multimodal Learning.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Frameworks: Deep experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Infrastructure: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
