Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure, including data pipelines, model training environments, and inference systems for production use.
- Future-Proofing: Lead the technical roadmap for 2026, integrating emerging technologies such as Generative AI and edge computing to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Model Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance, latency, and resource efficiency to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Best Practices: Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and security protocols across the organization.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning architectures.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- System Design: Demonstrated ability to design fault-tolerant, distributed systems capable of handling high throughput and massive data volumes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical projects and mentoring teams in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
