Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and deploy next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for enterprise scalability and latency.
- Lead the technical vision for autonomous agent systems designed for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ethical AI frameworks and safety protocols.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs through aggressive quantization and pruning techniques.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation within the AI research lab.
- Establish best practices for MLOps and data governance across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying production-grade AI models.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow) and major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
