Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure and pipelines for large-scale machine learning applications.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from research and training to deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Strategic Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 AI initiatives, identifying emerging trends and technologies to integrate into our stack.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference speed and accuracy to ensure high performance in production environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Machine Learning and AI.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is required.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems and handling large datasets efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and drive solutions from conception to completion.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
