Responsibilities
- Define and architect the technical vision for the 2026 Strategic Initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the design of scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems using Python, Rust, and modern cloud technologies.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI models and Large Language Models into production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and senior staff, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architecture assessments to maintain high standards of quality and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data Science) to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycle, model optimization, and MLOps practices.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex, high-stakes projects.
