Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design and implement scalable, distributed AI systems and machine learning pipelines.
- Lead architectural reviews and mentor a team of talented engineers and data scientists.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Security) to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI, LLMs, and Edge Computing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent frameworks.
- Proven experience designing large-scale distributed systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data engineering, and model deployment strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is a plus.
