Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI capabilities leading up to and beyond 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Model Development: Design and deploy advanced machine learning models, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- System Architecture: Oversee the design of scalable AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refine algorithms to improve latency, accuracy, and energy efficiency for next-gen hardware environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of working on long-term technical projects and roadmap planning.
