Job Description
At Nexus Future Systems, we are not just preparing for tomorrow; we are architecting it. As we approach the pivotal year of 2026, our organization is embarking on a massive transformation to integrate Agentic AI and Quantum-Ready architectures into our core infrastructure. We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead this charge.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical engineering, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and ready for the exponential growth expected in the 2026 landscape. You will work closely with C-level executives and engineering leads to define the technical strategy that will define our next decade.
If you are passionate about the future of technology and want to leave a lasting legacy in the AI space, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities

- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable distributed AI architectures using cloud-native technologies.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Processing Units, Edge AI) to stay ahead of the 2026 curve.
- Mentor a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and ethical AI practices across all deployed models.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Proven track record of designing large-scale AI systems that handle high throughput and low latency.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their potential applications in AI (a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
