Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures aligned with the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Establish best practices for AI model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Mentor junior developers and define technical standards for the AI department.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies to ensure our platform remains competitive.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and system scalability.
