- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements for executives
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Streamline administrative processes and implement efficiency improvements
- Manage departmental budgets and expense reports
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires and maintain HR records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of administrative support experience with C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field required
