- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders with polished communication
- Streamline administrative workflows and implement process improvements

Qualifications
- 5+ years of administrative experience supporting C-level executives in financial services
- Expert proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and scheduling tools
