Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the integration of next-generation AI and machine learning solutions into core business processes.
- Oversee the development of scalable infrastructure to support projected enterprise growth.
- Identify and assess emerging tech trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Mentor technical teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, IT management, or related technical leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, Blockchain, and IoT.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, TOGAF, or similar) are highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
