Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our strategic goals are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through execution and closure.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders effectively.
- Drive process improvements to enhance team productivity and project delivery.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Program Management.
- PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing high-stakes projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
