The Role:
You will bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and technical execution. Your expertise in long-term planning and system design will be critical in steering our product development cycles towards the 2026 vision.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify key technological milestones and architectural shifts required to achieve our long-term goals.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and secure system architectures that support future growth and emerging technologies.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies that align with our 2026 vision.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Future-Proofing: Anticipate industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure our infrastructure remains relevant and compliant.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce high standards for code quality, security, and performance across all development teams.
- Strategic Communication: Articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive alignment on technical decisions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or technical leadership roles.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term technology trends (e.g., AI integration, Edge Computing).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and mentoring staff.
- Technical Depth: Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on architectural scalability and efficiency.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
