Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems for next-gen AGI models.
- Lead research initiatives focused on emergent behaviors and human-AI collaboration.
- Optimize inference pipelines to run complex models on edge devices and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and ethical AI development.
- Implement rigorous testing protocols and ensure model safety and robustness.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning, NLP, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed computing frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and responsible innovation.
- Experience with hardware acceleration (TPU/GPU clusters) is highly preferred.
