Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new/existing clients in the Detroit metro area
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic prospecting and solution-based selling
- Present product demonstrations and tailored proposals to enterprise clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline and report weekly/monthly metrics
- Participate in monthly team training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally (mileage reimbursed)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
