- Manage the front desk, including answering multi-line phones and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services efficiently.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate office records and databases.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for senior management.
- Process payments and handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Coordinate office supplies and maintain a tidy reception area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Administrator.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus.
