Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Communication: Screen and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and handle incoming correspondence with a professional demeanor.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Administrative Support: Process expense reports, manage invoices, and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Project Assistance: Assist with special projects, event planning, and data compilation as needed.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
