Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize complex calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments with precision.
Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including email and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
Prepare detailed itineraries, book travel arrangements, and manage expense reports.
Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
Assist with light research, data entry, and preparing presentation materials.
Run essential errands and provide logistical support for company events.
Ensure a polished and professional appearance of the executive workspace.
