Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum UX research studies using biometric and neural interface technologies
- Develop predictive models for user behavior in immersive/metaverse environments
- Create cognitive frameworks for AI-human symbiotic interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops on 2026 technology adoption scenarios
- Document research insights into actionable design principles for emerging platforms
- Mentor junior researchers in cutting-edge neurometric analysis techniques
Qualifications
- Masters/PhD in Cognitive Science, HCI, or related field with 5+ years UX research experience
- Expertise in biometric research (EEG, fNIRS, eye-tracking) and neural data analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating work with AR/VR/metaverse interfaces or AI-human interaction
- Proficiency in quantum computing concepts and their UX implications
- Published research in ACM CHI or similar top-tier HCI venues
- Experience leading global research teams across multiple time zones
- Certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) or equivalent
