Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable quantum processors and error correction systems.
- Develop and optimize quantum algorithms for complex problem-solving in chemistry, finance, and logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists to integrate quantum modules into classical hybrid systems.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of quantum circuits to ensure stability and coherence.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in quantum mechanics and hardware engineering to drive innovation.
- Lead mentorship and technical guidance for junior engineers and researchers.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a focus on high-performance computing or quantum technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Qiskit or Cirq.
- Deep understanding of quantum gate models, superposition, and entanglement.
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, or Google Cirq).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
