Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's long-term technology strategy aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Lead research and development projects focused on Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Automation.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends to propose innovative product solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and C-suite executives to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Oversee pilot programs and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new technologies.
- Mentor technical teams and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Manage the technology budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Technology Strategy, or a related technical field.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and emerging digital technologies.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
