Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit coherence
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise optimization challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Research and integrate emerging quantum error correction methodologies
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum-accelerated ML pipelines
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum system architecture or high-performance computing
- Expertise in quantum error correction algorithms and fault-tolerant designs
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Experience with hybrid quantum-classical optimization frameworks
- Strong background in cybersecurity and post-quantum cryptography
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts to non-technical stakeholders
