Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms and protocols for practical applications
- Design and optimize quantum circuits on superconducting and photonic platforms
- Conduct experimental validation of quantum systems using advanced measurement techniques
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into enterprise frameworks
- Publish high-impact research in leading scientific journals and conferences
- Secure and manage research grants from government and industry partners

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years postdoctoral experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Publication record in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Expertise in at least one quantum hardware platform (superconducting, trapped-ion, photonic)
- Strong background in machine learning and classical optimization algorithms
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding (NSF, DARPA, industry consortia)
