Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for real-world problems
- Optimize qubit stability and error correction protocols for commercial viability
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Conduct research on emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic computing)
- Create technical documentation and patents for proprietary quantum systems
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate quantum acceleration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or research
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and decoherence management
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with superconducting and ion-trap quantum systems
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
