Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing error-corrected quantum systems

- Collaborate with hardware engineers to bridge quantum software-hardware integration
- Secure $5M+ in research grants from DARPA and NSF
- Mentor PhD candidates and quantum engineering interns

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithm development or error correction
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments (HPC, cloud quantum platforms)
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and decoherence principles
