Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications in machine learning and optimization
- Develop error-correction protocols for scalable quantum systems

- Lead cross-functional research initiatives with partners at MIT, Stanford, and IBM
- Publish breakthrough findings in Nature and IEEE journals
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits

- Demonstrated experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
