Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex computational challenges

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and quantum information theory
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact research in quantum computing
- Expertise in Python/C++ and high-performance computing frameworks
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve abstract mathematical problems
