Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead R&D on quantum error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant computing

- Publish high-impact research in leading journals and present at international conferences
- Secure external funding through government grants and industry partnerships

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum information science or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum error correction, quantum simulation, or quantum machine learning
