Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for NLP and computational chemistry
- Lead 3-person research teams on quantum error correction protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Publish breakthrough findings in Nature Physics and IEEE journals
- Secure $2M+ in additional research grants
- Mentor postdocs in quantum circuit optimization
- Collaborate with Google Quantum AI and IBM Research teams
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Mathematics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on quantum programming experience with Qiskit/Cirq
- Published research in quantum information theory or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in topological quantum computing frameworks
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems
- Proven track record of securing research funding
