Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and simulation applications
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant system architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical computing frameworks
- Develop and maintain quantum software development kits (SDKs) for enterprise deployment
- Publish groundbreaking research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of industry research experience
