Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error-correction techniques for scalable quantum computing architectures
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into practical quantum systems

- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences

Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing frameworks
- Strong background in quantum mechanics and linear algebra
- Demonstrated research track record with peer-reviewed publications
- Proficiency in Python/C++ and high-performance computing environments
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
