Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems

- Author peer-reviewed publications in Nature/Science journals
- Secure $2M+ in government grants for quantum research initiatives
- Mentor PhD interns in quantum machine learning applications
- Present breakthroughs at IEEE Quantum Week and industry summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years hands-on quantum circuit design on IBM/Qiskit platforms
- Publication record in quantum information theory (arXiv:quant-ph)
- Expertise in topological quantum computing models
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum libraries (Cirq, PennyLane)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Clearance for DoD quantum research projects
