Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional research teams in quantum hardware-software integration

- Present research findings at industry conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Drive commercialization of quantum solutions for enterprise clients

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of quantum computing research experience
- Published work in quantum algorithm development or error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience leading technical teams in R&D environments
- Strong background in linear algebra and computational complexity
