Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for real-time inference and high-volume data processing.
- Research and implement cutting-edge Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning, RAG, and prompt engineering strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex AI concepts into intuitive user experiences.
- Optimize model performance, reduce latency, and ensure high availability on cloud infrastructure.
- Establish and enforce MLOps best practices, including CI/CD for models and automated monitoring.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience designing and deploying production-grade AI systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record working with LLMs, Transformers, and advanced NLP architectures.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
