- Secure $5M+ in quantum computing grants and partnerships
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information science
- Define roadmap for quantum advantage deployment in finance and healthcare sectors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of quantum research
- Proven track record in publishing quantum algorithm breakthroughs (Nature/Science papers)
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and error mitigation techniques
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems
