Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment
- Develop quantum algorithms that outperform classical systems by 1000x
- Lead quantum hardware-software integration projects with major tech partners
- Create quantum security protocols for next-gen encryption standards
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor quantum engineering team in cutting-edge research methodologies
- Collaborate with AI division to hybrid quantum-classical optimization systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years building quantum computing systems at scale
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubit design
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor integration
- Proven track record of delivering quantum MVPs to production
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy milestones and 2026 industry roadmap
