Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications and integration protocols
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable technical roadmaps for cross-functional teams
- Secure patents and publish breakthrough research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Advise C-suite executives on quantum adoption strategies and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 8+ years of industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, trapped ions, photonic)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent high-impact journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in quantum research funding
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
