Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python).
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
