Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 Technical Support: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for employees in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Hardware Management: Manage the lifecycle of desktops, laptops, and peripherals, including deployment and maintenance.
- User Assistance: Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support, resolving tickets efficiently via our ServiceNow portal.
- Network Maintenance: Assist in monitoring network performance, ensuring uptime, and troubleshooting connectivity problems.
- Security Compliance: Ensure all devices are compliant with company security policies and software standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support roles.
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical certification (CompTIA A+ preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of diagnosing and resolving technical issues quickly.
- Availability: Must be available to start work tomorrow and work full-time hours.
