Responsibilities

- Architect scalable quantum processors with 10,000+ qubit capacity
- Collaborate with cryptography teams to develop quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Optimize quantum circuit performance for pharmaceutical simulation and materials science
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning integration
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish cutting-edge research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum supremacy
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Strong background in distributed systems and parallel computing
- Track record of translating quantum theory into practical implementations
