Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning models for optimization and simulation
- Develop novel quantum algorithms outperforming classical computing solutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and algorithm development
- Published research in quantum information science or AI
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and computational complexity
