Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/AI/Systems Engineering
- Published research in IEEE Nature on post-2025 tech trends
- Proven track record scaling blockchain/IoT solutions at enterprise level
- Certification in Ethical AI Governance (CEAG) required
- Deep familiarity with UN SDG Tech Frameworks
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
