Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for enterprise-level autonomous systems
- Lead bias audits and algorithmic fairness assessments across ML pipelines
- Partner with product teams to integrate ethical design principles into development sprints
- Author compliance documentation for evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for ethical AI governance
- Drive research on emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and LLMs
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, algorithmic fairness, or responsible tech
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven track record of bias mitigation in ML systems
- Experience with stakeholder governance in tech environments
- Strong background in statistical analysis and ML model evaluation
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
