Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-inspired AI algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world applications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prototype quantum-AI solutions
- Research breakthroughs in quantum machine learning and error mitigation
- Lead technical documentation and peer review of research outputs
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, probability, and quantum mechanics
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
