Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions for R&D collaboration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Oversee the development of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Manage a $50M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI metrics
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale environments
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Successful track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to global deployment
