- Architect ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Partner with MIT/Stanford labs to commercialize emerging technologies
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and investor boards
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technology prototyping
- Mentor next-gen engineers in futurist methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ years in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, or biotech)
- Proven track record of launching at least one industry-defining tech product
- PhD in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or related field (or equivalent innovation portfolio)
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, neural network architectures, or synthetic biology
- Published futurist research or patents in top-tier journals/conferences
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology implementations
