Responsibilities
- Architect and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI systems for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Develop novel quantum machine learning algorithms leveraging Q# and TensorFlow Quantum frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying quantum-AI solutions for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits for real-time data processing at scale
- Contribute to open-source quantum-AI libraries and publish breakthrough research in IEEE Nature journals
- Establish industry benchmarks for quantum-AI integration efficiency and reliability
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles and AI model optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years of AI integration experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and deep learning frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum machine learning or related fields
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and probabilistic modeling
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket) and hybrid computing architectures
