Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical machine learning architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-corrected quantum algorithms optimized for real-world deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into existing AI frameworks
- Lead research initiatives in quantum neural networks and quantum-enhanced data analytics
- Document technical specifications and publish breakthrough findings in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum literacy across the organization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record of developing production-level AI/ML systems with 5+ years industry experience
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum error correction
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into actionable business strategies
